Tianjin’s Snow Polo World Cup

ARVE Error: The [[arve]] shortcode needs one of this attributes av1mp4, mp4, m4v, webm, ogv, url

This is a report about the surreal and exclusive sport of Snow Polo. Surreal as the featured competition was being held in Tianjin (not normally associated with the glamorous sport until recently) with a backdrop of the ‘Fortune Heights’ property development. Apparently, if you buy one of their mock French villas you get polo club membership thrown in.

The competition participants were flown to China from all over the world, no doubt at great expense. They included an Argentinian Opera group and the Argentinian Marching Band featured in the story.

Anyway, England beat Australia 4-3, so I was happy!

Shot on a Canon 5DMKiii with Canon EF f2.8 70-200mm IS II and EF f4 24-70mm IS II lenses.
